吴成龙，博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师，现任湖州师范学院生命科学学院副院长，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人，中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料专业委员会委员，中国水产学会资深会员。
主要从事水产动物营养与饲料和分子免疫学等方面研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子任务1项，浙江省重点研发计划1项，浙江省自然科学基金面上项目1项，浙江省重点科技创新团队项目1项，浙江省教育厅学科带头人学术攀登项目1项。参与农业部产业技术体系岗位科学家任务1项，浙江省重大科技专项5项。
获浙江省科学技术进步奖一等奖1项；发表学术论文30余篇，其中被SCI收录20余篇。近年来主要开展淡水肉食性鱼类营养需求与生理代谢、分子免疫与营养调控机制等方面的研究；相关研究成果主要发表于水产动物营养研究领域权威期刊《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》、《Aquaculture》、《Genes》、《Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology Part C》、《Fish physiology and biochemistry》和《Journal of the World Aquaculture Society》等。
